A Warm Welcome…

The villages of Charvil, Sonning and Sonning Eye are combined in one church of England parish, within the Diocese of Oxford. The focal point for Christian worship is the ancient parish church of St Andrew in Sonning, although the ministry team and pastoral visitors work extensively in Charvil, which is the significantly larger part of the parish in terms of population.

The congregation at St Andrew’s is made up of people from a wide variety of local towns and villages, and all ages are welcomed and catered for. This website is designed to give you a flavour of all that is going on in our parish. We also have a monthly parish magazine which is available in the church and online.
