There was a special service, led by the former Archbishop of Canterbury, Lord Carey, at which the Ark was officially dedicated. Prime Minister Theresa May unveiled the plaque, formally opening St. Andrew’s Ark.

Sadly there has been a fire in the St. Sarik Room this morning and the smoke damage is severe. It is now completely out of action. We are seeking to make alternative arrangements for toilet facilities. The church is open, as usual and all planned services will continue.
